SDAF Hot Properties ~ UCSD Pepper Canyon West ~ OPEN TO ALL

Clark Construction Group led a progressive design-build team in partnership with Perkins+Will that delivered Pepper Canyon West Living and Learning Neighborhood, a new transfer and upper-division student housing complex at UC San Diego with approximately 1,300 single-occupancy rooms in 6- and 8-Bedroom apartment style suites.

The project is 580,000 GSF in two 22- and 23-story towers, with connected five-story buildings featuring outdoor terrace seating. The project is adjacent to the Central Campus station of the UC San Diego Blue Line trolley and includes retail, open spaces in two large courtyards and access to canyon trails.
