Membership Event ~ Tour of The Society

Holland Partner Group is in the process of introducing 840 new homes to Mission Valley in a unique, mid-century inspired development which will see it become San Diego’s largest multifamily community.

The Society is part of a larger redevelopment effort of Town & Country San Diego, the 40-acre site in Mission Valley that includes a resort hotel and conference center.

Last week the community opened 240 new residences in the community’s third building, Margo. Planned with “California’s golden era” in mind, the building features a fitness studio, pet spa, clubroom with an outdoor lounge and pool, bike and surfboard storage and private meeting and co-working office spaces.
