Thank you for donating your time and energy to making Open House San Diego 2019 a success!! We hope you enjoyed your volunteer experience.

As a volunteer, you are eligible for a complimentary, one year Ground Level membership with SDAF (valued at $55). See the benefits here.

Please submit this registration form by April 30^th and we will assign your membership. Refer to the registration code in your email from Carol Chin, Open House Program Director, in order to complete your registration.

One year from your registration date, you may renew your membership at standard rates. Returning volunteers are not eligible for complimentary membership for consecutive years.
