CV5 is a multipart event that will begin with a VIP bus tour from downtown San Diego that will stop at the famous Culinary Art School, training ground for many of Tijuana’s up and coming culinary talents, Via Corporativo, Mexico’s first Gold LEED building, and other sites. The program also includes an open, free-to-the-public exhibit of history and a musical performance, culminating with a paid reception and evening forum. The latter two events will be held at the Casa de la Cultura de Tijuana, a landmark 1913 Neoclassical revival building overlooking the city’s downtown and San Diego Bay and itself a sight not to be missed.

On June 1st, see for yourself, and hear firsthand about Tijuana’s revival from the men and women who are making it happen. Come taste the food, the wine, and the beer, stay to learn about the architecture, design, culture. It will be an event not to be missed!

Historically, going into Mexico has not required a passport. However, recent law now states that a passport or passport card is required to enter into Mexico. It is needed as well to get back into the United States. Please check the expiration date!
