About the Tour:

Listen in as Wesley Palms Executive Director Ben Geske shares a brief history and mission behind the project.  At 1:45pm, the M.W. About the Project:

Wesley Palms Retirement Community is a multi-phased redevelopment plan located on Mt. Soledad in Pacific Beach, CA.  The goal of the plan includes the extensive renovation of 162 patio homes; the revitalizing of the main building, common areas, and amenities; and enhancing the sustainability and aesthetic features of over thirty-five acres of its park-like landscape.  The design of the Patio Homes is inspired by the stylish mid-century modern aesthetic and is complete with clean lines, contemporary finishes, sustainability features, and an emphasis on providing residents a barrier-free living experience.

Designing a senior living community that both meets the needs of a maturing population as they age and offers a beautiful, nostalgic sense of place is the most rewarding aspect of this project and M.W. Steele Group and Front Porch both look forward to the opportunity to share this accomplishment with the community.
