At 7pm architect Ralph Roesling and Lance Lareau with San Diego Community College District will lead a walking tour of the recently completed City College Quad.
The new “Quad” campus expansion integrates City College into the emerging and vibrant East Village area of downtown. The social and spatial attributes of East Village and City College were interwoven together with new instructional spaces, studios, pedestrian circulation, and a variety of gathering areas and plaza spaces.
We will tour the campus when there are night classes in session to see the life of City College in these new spaces.
NOTE: THIS EVENT IS OCTOBER 16TH. THE EVENING BEFORE OPEN HOUSE SAN DIEGO.
This event is free. 21 & older only at Monkey Paw. All ages for the walking tour.
